What I Ate Today + What I Did | Vegan Recipes

In this video I make delicious vegan omelets made from chickpea flour so it is indeed a chickpea omelet. I also make my usual teriyaki bowl because vegan asian food is so easy to make and delicious. So if ya dig easy vegan lazy recipes then this is the video for you.

Chickpea omelet recipe

Sautee veggies of your choice. Add minced garlic last, I added 4 cloves ( sautéed red pepper, yellow onion, and mushrooms)
Then add 1/2 cup of chickpea flour and 2/3 cup water to bowl and mix. Add 1/2 tsp black salt or regular salt. (Black salt is high in sulfur so it has an eggy flavor and smell. It can be purchased on amazon or some Indian grocery stores. ) 1/4 tsp black pepper and 2 TBS of nutritional yeast. Fold in the veggies and then heat skillet with a little oil and cook on each side until golden brown.

Teriyaki bowl

Peel, clean and chop 2 russet potato. then add garlic powder, pepper, a little sea slat, a little chili powder and a drizzle of olive oil. Bake on sheet pan at 425 and bake for about 25 minutes or until hey get crispy and golden brown. Cook some rice, saute peppers and onions, mushrooms. Season it with garlic powder and pepper. Then Cook some frozen mixed veggie on a skillet, I added a little water to help them steam. Once everything is done then drizzle some teriyaki sauce on top and sriracha.
