Sup guys in today’s video I start week one of Mookie’s Meals. In this series I am going to show you how I prepare my own healthy food. I will be finding healthy meal recipes online as well as your recommendations and will give honest reviews on how I like it. Their will be a follow up video on how the food heats up as a meal prep item, in that follow up video I will tell you how it taste the next day, microwaved. My goal is to show people that all it takes is a little effort to make a big change !
