Here’s what you need:✔️

2 tbsp olive oil
2 cups chopped onion
1 and 1/2 cup chopped carrot 
1 and 1/2 cup chopped celery
1 and 1/2 cup chopped potato
1 and 1/2 cup chopped tomato
1 and 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
1 and 1/2 cup cauliflower
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp tomato paste/puree
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp ground fennel seed
1 tsp black pepper
1 cup channa
1 cup of green peas and sweet corn
1/2 lime 
1 tsp salt
1 tsp fresh cream
2 bay leaves

Note:

? Add Channa for extra protein (optional).

Macros per piece (350g)✔️
TOTAL – 191 CAL
Protein – 5g
Fats – 9g
Carbs – 23g
