Garlic (9 cloves)
Onion (1 onion)
Oil (6 tbsp olive oil)
Soy milk (3 cups milk)
Pumpkin purée (2-3 cups)
Tomato paste (2 tbsp)
Sage (1 tsp sage)
Seitan (2 whole packages or 16 oz)
Noodles (8 Cups)

Potato Chowder

Potatoes (6-7)
Garlic (4-5 tbsp)
Onion (1 onion)
Carrots (1-2 carrots)
Soy milk (5-6 cups)
Veggie broth (1 cube)
Wine (1/2 cup)

Pineapple fried rice White rice tofu

Rice (10 cups)
Onion (1 cup)
Garlic (4 tbsp)
Ginger (2-3 tbsp)
Olive oil (6 tbsp)
Curry powder (4 tsp)
Chili sauce (2 tbsp)
Soy sauce (8 tbsp)
Mixed veg (3 cups)
Pineapple (2 cups)
Tofu (2 blocks)
