Today I wanted to share my top 5 favorite vegan breakfast meals and their easy recipes, a great way to get protein ANY TIME of day! Because let’s be honest breakfast foods are good for any part of the day, whats’s your favorite vegan breakfast?

Tofu scramble and hashbrowns:

1 onion
6 cloves garlic
1 bell pepper
4 tbsp salsa chilena

1 block extra firm tofu
1 lbs Plain hashbrowns

1/2 block tempeh

1 Cup soy milk
Maple syrup

Smoothie

1 Cup banana
1 Cup peaches mangos pineapples
3 Cups soy milk
a bunch of spinach
