EASY SEITAN RECIPE 3-WAYS | VEGAN HIGH PROTEIN

I’ve always loved seitan because it’s an AWESOME source of protein, it’s got a great texture and taste but it costs a pretty penny at the store. Today I wanted to show you how to make seitan at home and also how you turn it into delicious BBQ ribs and buffalo bites! Base seitan recipe:
1 cup vital wheat gluten
3/4 cup water
2 tbsp tahini
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp Garlic, onion, chili powder

Kneed for 60 seconds. Baked in water for 45-60 minutes (flip once halfway through).
