– SQUEEZE HARD At the TOP and drop the arms

Zottman Curl
– Supinate Bicep Curl
– Pronate on the way down (Turn arms in front)
– Repeat
Cable Spider Curl
– Cable gives constant tension
– Put Handles High and Lay down flat on bench
– Curl towards the chest and fully extend arm at end of the rep
– Squeeze bicep and repeat
