Here’s what you need:✔️

4 medium capsicum
3 medium boiled and mashed potatoes
Half a cup chopped capsicum/bell peppers
1 cup of paneer
3 large bananas
1 small onion chopped
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds (powder)
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil

Note:

? Keep the capsicum in the oven for the first time for 3 minutes .
? Once the capsicums have been stuffed grill in the microwave for 5 minutes.
