Turkey Double Deuce Hash

RECIPE
Ingredients
250 Grams of Sweet Potato
1 Cup of Brown Rice
2 Cups of Broccoli
1 Onion
500 Grams of Ground Turkey
0.5 Tablespoon Olive Oil
0.5 Tablespoon Butter

Steps
1. Shred your sweet potato on a grater. Chop your onion very thin. Preheat your pan to medium heat
2. Pour in your oil and butter. Wait until it starts to brown. Throw in your ground turkey
3. Lightly salt and start breaking up the ground turkey. As it starts to cook, lightly season with paprika, cayenne pepper, and garlic
4. After five minutes when the turkey is brown, throw in the sweet potato and onion. Lightly salt
5. Stir, and mix into well. Do so for ten minutes. In the meantime chop your broccoli and steam
6. Throw in your broccoli, respice and add any other spices you wish. I like adding siracha sauce
7. As everything starts coming together, the last three steps are to add your rice, add a little yogurt to soften and half a lemon/lime to add some acidity.
8. Put on plate, wait until it cools and eat half! Happy eating!
