Watch some recent lifts during my off-season! Incline Dumbbell Press, One Arm Rows, Weighted Pull-ups, and Leg Press! Lift details include:
1) Incline Dumbbell Press – 65lbs x 4 (PR was 70lbs x4)
2) Weighted Pull-ups with palms facing in (25lbs x 3 almost)
3) One Arm Rows (NO straps) – 70lbsx 4 (form started messing up at 4th rep so no strap rows should be 65lbs for me. Don’t let ego get in the way!)
4) Leg Press PR! – 720lbs with 8 plates each side x 6
