1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/4 cup hot sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp. pure maple syrup
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
Slow Cooker BBQ Shredded Chicken:
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
4 oz can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp granulated onion
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp molasses
1 tbsp raw honey
1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/8 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
Slow Cooker Mexican Shredded Chicken:
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (2 large breasts)
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs (3 thighs)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cayenne Pepper
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth or water
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
