Aaj ke Iss video me hamne Six Pack abs Banane ke liye veg diet bataya hai. Bahut se logo ko non veg nahi khana hota hai. Isiliye Veg diet btaya hai . Jisko Aap follow karke badhiya result pa sakte hain.
Diet Plan:
Morning wake up
BCAA/ Green Tea
Cardio 15-20 mns
Post cardio
Whey protein with milk isolate
Break fast :- 100 gms plain tofu with 150 gms broccoli
Mid meal :- cow milk (250ml)
Lunch :- 100gms paneer cow
1 cup salad
2 cup plain salad
Between workout :- 5gms bcaa
Post workout :- 1 scoop bcaa with cow milk 250 ml
Dinner :- 50 gms chowlee with salad 1 cup
