Dropping a highly anticipatcd INDIA SPECIFIC FITNESS video today! So for some reason a full day of eating video has been requested more than any other. Now that you guys know what a indian diet looks like, Here’s my meals for everyday. This applies to all Indian men and boys. If you’re a female viewer, remember, our bodies are virtually the same. The same diet WILL apply to you, with a slight reduction in overall macros. I wanted to show you guys how to LOOK AT YOUR FOOD. I’m not one of those guys who counts carb and fat macros, but I make sure l’m certain with my protein NUMBERS. Because as a GYMMER, its THAT important. The rule of thumb is to keep a track of your protein intake ALWAYS, even if you make rough estimates of the other two. I’m gonna show you what diet I lake everyday. Enjoy this video.

? Diet Timetable ?
1. 7.00-7.30 a.m. lemon juice
2. 9.00-9.30 a.m breakfast
3. 12.30-1.00 p.m lunch
4. 3p.m pre workout meal
5. 6.p.m post workout meal
6. 9.00-9.30 dinner.

?Diet Chart?
1. Lemon juice
2. Breakfast ( একটি কলা,ব্রাউন ব্রেড সাথে পিনাট বাটার,দুটো ডিম, ছোলা আর বাদাম)
3. Lunch( ভাত, ডাল,একটি ডিম,80-100gm মাংস/মাছ)
4. Pre workout (দুটি কলা)
5. Post workout ( ওটস্, একটি ডিম কুসুম ছাড়া,বা চিকেন 150 gm )
6. Dinner (ভাত,ডাল,দুটি ডিম শুধু সাদা টা,মাছ বা মাংস100)
