Show Up Fitness: Skeletal Anatomy For Personal Trainers

Show Up Fitness: Skeletal Anatomy For Personal Trainers

If you want to be a personal trainer, you need to understand human anatomy. In this series, Chris teaches you the 206 bones of the skeletal system (SS). The SS is further divided into the axial and appendicular SS. There are over 100 bones in the feet and hand (27 in each hand). The longest bone in the human body is the femur; the smallest are found in the ear (incus, malleus, stapes). Bones are the basis for structure and support. Without our bones, we would be jello. Show Up Fitness is a private personal training studio in Santa Monica. We offer internships to people trying to become personal trainers. If you want to be the best, you need to be taught by the best. Go to www.showupfitness.com for more information.
