This for me is a fun way of adding some value to my weekly videos and compiling thing’s that I’ve found helped me.
About me: Been into fitness and gym since I was 14 (17 years) Health and feeling good is pretty high up on my list of priorities. I have done road cycling, Mountain biking, Road running and The Two Oceans Ultra 56km, numerous 5/10/21km races and marathons, Ironman 70.3 and Trail running with a few sprint distance triathlons too. Coming up in November my first Ultra Trail 65km and Next year March the Full Ironman. I also studied personal training after Business management.
