Personal Trainer and Actor Damian Bailey performs PULL DAY: Back, Hamstrings and Biceps for condition and overall growth.

As a personal trainer for 15 years, I’m always seeking wisdom and knowledge to enhance my career; therefore one of my greatest mentors is Jeff Cavilere of ATHLEAN X. Theres no doubt about it, he KNOWS his stuff and I train my clients similar to the workouts he has created.

Look like a Bodybuilder, train like an athlete.

Thats my motto and I’m all about functional training. NO Im not swinging like a stupid monkey as per Functional Patterns which I tried at one point and it bored the hell out of me, plus I don’t care too much for the little guy lol, however functional training using the 3 planes of motions is all used in my workouts.

Mind you this is not all my PULL DAY workouts within this day, I was only limited to training a few. When I workout I tend not to film so much because I’m here to work; however these moves shown are the SPECIAL ONES that you can use based on Athlean X. I’m his guinea pig so I take no credit in creating these exercises.
