You will understand how to structure your strength and conditioning training sessions in a manner that will enhance your client’s/athlete’s performance on the court, in the ring or gym, on the track or field and more.

Speed, Agility & Quickness
Speed, agility, and quickness (SAQ) drills help you have quicker feet, to move as fast as possible, ability to change direction quickly and effectively, improve balance, and improve your reflexes for a faster reaction time.

Plyometrics
Increase your power with lower and upper body plyometric drills, also known as “jump training” or “plyos” exercises in which muscles exert maximum force in short intervals of time.

Core Stability
Improve posture and balance, injury prevention, rehabilitation and sport performance enhancement. Torso muscles are known as the powerhouse muscles, core stability assists in providing a solid base upon which all other muscles can work upon to initiate movement.

Strength Training
Build strength, anaerobic endurance, and size of skeletal muscles with strength training of the lower and upper body using push/pull resistance.
