Over 40 Fat Loss Program For Men (FREE ACCESS) –

In this workout Funk and Mrs Funk will take you through a bodyweight only workout for men and women over 40. The bodyweight workout will have 2 versions for beginner/intermediate and advanced levels.

Over 40 Bodyweight Workout For Men and Women

Perform each exercise for 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest one after the other with no break in between. After you have completed all 6 exercises you can rest for 2 minutes and repeat for 3 rounds.

Beginner Level perform each exercise for 30 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds rest.

Beg/Intermediate – Advanced

1. Burpee (no jump) – Burpee with Jump
2. Superman – Wonder-women
3. McGill Crunches – Circular Crunches
4. Wide Grip Push Ups – Triceps Push Ups
5. Reverse Lunges – Jumping Lunges
6. Mountain Climbers/Everest Climbers
