My VERY Minimalist Workout And Diet (2 Workouts Per Week)

I lost 40lb the first year i did this this workout program and I went from 205lb to 165. Yet my strength went up while i was losing weight.
Intermittent fasting is the idea of fasting for around 16 hours a day and having an 8 hour eating window ( though this can vary) this allows you to force your body to burn fat for energy while you are in the fasted state.

My workout is a 2-3 times a week this has been very sustainable for me and has made it a lot easier to stick to as my days have been filled more and more. Keeping it simple and focusing on the key lifts like pull ups and bench is what i have found to have the biggest improvements for me.

minimalism has helped me a lot and I think can apply to a lot of things stripping away the non-essentials and having a minimalist mindset about finances and fitness can save you a lot of time and energy and frustration
