I did a workout at Planet Fitness and discovered just how much I dislike the color purple…
But non-the-less I got in a solid Leg Workout – using machines of course – and I’ve posted the full leg workout video here. Let me know in the comments what’s your opinion of gyms like Planet Fitness?
Here’s the full leg machine workout routine:
– Leg Extensions – 3 sets of 15 reps
– Leg Curls – 3 sets of 15 reps
– Hammer Strength Leg Press – 3 sets of 15 reps
– Smith Machine Squats – 3 sets of 15 reps
– Ab Crunch Machine – 3 sets of 15 reps
In addition to the weight training exercises I started and ended the workout with 10 minutes of cardio on the elliptical cross trainer machine.
