MEAL PREP FOR AFTER YOUR WORKOUT | What I eat after an Orangetheory workout!

Meal prepping for after your workout. These are my go-to items for after my Orangetheory Fitness workouts!

RECIPES:

Breakfast Tacos:

Ingredients
* Corn Tortillas
* Egg
* Spanish Rice
* (NOT SHOWN) Breakfast sausage or Ham
* (NOT SHOWN) Cheese

Directions
– While your eggs are cooking, warm up as many tortillas as you will need for your servings
– Once tortillas are finished, set aside and finish your eggs
– Begin cooking any other ingredients you want to add to your tacos (peppers, onion, ham or sausage)
– Begin assembling your tacos and when you are finished roll them in parchment paper and aluminum foil. Place tacos in zip lock bag, remove the air and close.
– Add to freezer

Overnight Oats:

Ingredients
* Almond Milk 1/2 Cup
* G-Free Overnight Oats 1/4 Cup (+more for thicker oats)
* Chia Seeds 1/2 Tbs
* Honey 4-5 Drops
* Cinnamon Dash
* Fruit 1/4 Banana or 1/2 Cup Blueberries or 1/4 Cup Straw

Directions
– Add all ingredients to the jar
– Create a air tight seal
– Put in fridge overnight or at least 8 hours
– BONUS: Top your oats with your favorite nut for added texture!

To-Go Hashbrown Egg Cups

Ingredients
* Olive Oil 2 1/2 Tbs
* Water 2 Tbs
* 6 Eggs
* Green Pepper 1/2 of a Pepper
* Breakfast Sausage 3 Patties
* Shredded Hashbrown Potatoes
* 1 Tsp Black Pepper
* 1 1/2 Tsp Salt

Directions
– Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
– Grease 6-12 Muffin Cups
– Mix Hashbrown, oil, salt and pepper in a bowl
– Divide mixture between prepared muffin cups and use your finger to shape into nests
– Bake until golden brown or 15-18 minutes
– Reduce oven to 350 degrees F
– Whisk eggs and water in a bowl
– Season with salt and pepper
– Add sausage and peppers (and any other ingredients you would prefer)
– Add in Cheese (if desired) *I added extra hash brown mixture to mine*
– Bake in the oven until eggs are set (about 13-18 minutes)
– Let cool in pans before removing and enjoy!
