Stew Chicken 6-7 servings (always feel free to bulk of the recipe to fit your meal needs)
Ingredients
21 oz of chicken breast(6 3.5 0z chicken breast) IF YOU DO NOT EAT MEAT STICK TO USING YOUR REPLACEMENTS OF CHOICE OR JUST THE VEGGIES IN THIS RECIPE
1/2 cups of celery chopped 1 1/2 inch thick
4 LBS pf purple potatoes
1 to 1 1/2 cup o each mushroom,celery, carrots.
2 cups of red & green pepper’s sliced
1 cup whole onion red or white finely sliced
1 cup of diced tomatoes
SEASON MIX(JUST A RECOMMENDATION)
1/2 TSP parsley, rosemary, time, oregano (FRESH IS ALWAYS BEST)
3 garlic gloves minced
1/2 TSP OF EACH sea salt, black pepper, coriander, cayenne pepper, paprika
1/2 cups of chicken stock or vegetable stock
1 cups of water can (be less depending on amount)

(1)Evenly cut potatoes and bake fr 15 minutes to cut cooking time down.
(2)Over Medium heat Spray Skillet With Non Stick spray
Than add Minced Garlic cook for 30 seconds Than add meat or potatoes if you do not eat poultry. began to roast poultry or potatoes getting a nice sear/ color all you want to do is start browning it not really coking it internally.
(3) add potatoes if you are making it with poultry after you brown chicken but not fully cook it if you arent cooking chicken you want to add your veggies such as carrots celery and mushrooms . cook together for 5-7 minutes.
(4) add onions and sweet pepers and tomatoes then add season mix including fresh herbs cook down to 2-3 minutes
(5) add tomato sauce
(6) add water and chicken /vegetable stock mix Taste so seaoning and adjust (optional add chili peppers and 1/2 tsp os sugar in the raw or light brown sugar)
(7) stir well, lower heat and cook or 15-20 minutes untile everything is tender DO NOT OVER COOK MUSHY FOOD IS TASTELESS AND NASTY IM JUST SAYING LOL
