6 minute love handle workout layout

*Use a broomstick, you shoes, light 1-to-5 pound dumbbells or any other light object.

*Do 12 reps in a row on each side THREE times in a row and then…

*Do 14 reps in a row on each side for a 50 rep workout.

You certainly don’t have to follow the workout layout above because it is an advanced version. You may want to start off by alternating reps on each side. For example you may want to start off doing sets of 16-to-24 reps where you do 8-to-12 alternating reps on each side taking a 2+ minute break between sets before you attempt tackling this more advanced love handle workout or on the hand…

You can take this already intense love handle workout to the next level by doing 100 reps instead of 50 by doing 10-to-20 reps in a row on each side for 5-to-10 times but at that point you may want to consider using lighter 1-to-5 pound dumbbells and limiting the reps.

You can do this workout up to 3 times per day and you can expect to get results rather quickly but let be honest in that YES…

It will firm up your obliques making your love handles appear smaller but to truly get rid of your love handles you’re going to still have to crack down on yourself with a diet where you eat less than what you need to maintain your weight so your body will start to burn fat and/or you also need to use exercise such as cardio or better yet use intervals for fast fat loss which includes you losing belly fat, love handles, inner thigh fat, bat wings, double chin or any unwanted fat you have on our body so just to be clear…

If you’re overweight or have lots of fat to lose do not do this love handle workout thinking it is the SOLE answer to your belly fat and/or love handle problems and as a matter of fact you would be better served focusing MORE on a weight loss diet and exercise program to burn love handle and all fat off you body.
