I am the ORIGINATOR of this Easy, Simple, Budget friendly Oven baked chicken recipe
This is a meal I have been making for over 30 years ++++ for my family, as a young child 9 years old helping my mother prepare this dish and many many more, she would say we are having Lazy Man Chicken with Rice because she was too tired to fry chicken. When I became a young mother at 19 years old I wanted to stretch my money and this meal so I jazzed it up with Cream of Mushroom served it with green beans, yams and sweet corn bread and jellied cranberry sauce .
LAZY MANS CHICKEN AND RICE- BAKED in the oven with and with out Cream of Mushroom was born. This was always a go to meal for me before I was married and after with a big family. Simple ingredients, easy to make and budget friendly especially when hard times hit
