1. Super-Green Energizer
This is a mix of some of the most nutrition-packed greens will rev up your energy like nothing else. The kale and collards also contain a pretty good portion of protein. This is an excellent green juice to use first thing in the morning.
• ½ cup kale
• ½ cup spinach
• ½ medium cucumber
• 3 stalks celery
• ¼ head of Romaine lettuce
• ½ large lemon
• 2 sweet apples
• 1-inch piece of ginger
Be sure to remove the seeds from the apples before juicing and the remove the “feathers” from the fennel as well. They can make the juice too bitter.
