HOW I LOST 3% BODY FAT & GAINED 1KG MUSCLE IN 2 WEEKS || STYLE LOBSTER

Last month I started training with a PT after a few months of indulgence and little to no exercise. I found myself lacking energy, having mood swings and feeling bloated and lethargic. My skin was inflamed and my body ached. Last year I was in the best shape of my life but life got in the way (as it does!) and in early 2019 I felt like I needed to make a change. To kick start my exercise routine and more conscious eating again I took on a 14 day challenge to strip back my diet and train hard to get me back into the swing of it all. This video documents a challenging 2 weeks but the results go far beyond aesthetics! ENJOY!
