Avocado Toast:
2 pieces of Organic Bread (Ezekiel, local, gluten free)
1 avocado mashed
1/2 banana
top with salt or 1 tsp of honey

Frozen Berry Yogurt

1/3 cup of full fat yogurt (I use goat)
1/3 scoop of VeganPure Vanilla Yogurt
1/3 cup of Frozen Berries
2 tbsp of chia seeds

Quinoa Veggies Power Bowl:
1/3 cup of Cooked quinoa
2 cups of veggies (I used broccoli)
1/3 package of sliced tempeh

Top with 1-2 tbsp of flaxoil
Drizzle 1-2 tsp of balsamic vinegar
Top with pumpkin seeds and dried cranberries

Dessert Treat:
4oz of your fav wine
1-2 squares of 75% or + of dark chocolate
