What is this video about?
This video is about the latissimus dorsi, one of your back muscles. You will learn about the anatomy, the function and 11 different exercises (+ one bonus) that target the latissimus dorsi. These exercises can be done in any typical (local) gym.

The Latissimus Dorsi, also known as ‘the lats’, is one of the biggest muscles in your body and the biggest of the back muscles. Many people don’t know how to train their lats properly. The lats are very important muscles in bodybuilding, as it gives you a “wing” shaped form (aka cobra back) when well developed. It is also a very function muscle, as it stabilises your core during heavy compound movements such as the deadlift.

The following exercises shown in the video, are a general guide line on how you can train your latissimus dorsi. Feel free to add any other exercises that you find missing in this video, in the comments below.
