How to Tone Up Legs | Best Fitness Tips #exercise #workout

How to Tone Up Legs. All you need is a chair for these 3 exercises. The first exercise is a basic step up. Plant your entire foot on a chair and using that leg only step up on the chair. Repeat this 10-15 X then switch legs.

Next exercise is a step up with reverse lunge. Using your right foot only, step all the way up on the chair and keep your left knee in to your chest, step down on to your left foot and lunge back with your right leg. Repeat this 10-15 X before switching to the other side.
The last exercise is a step up with curtsy lunge. Step up on the chair sideways using only your right leg keeping your left knee up, step down on to your right foot and lunge to the side with your right leg. Repeat 10-15 times before switching to the other leg.

As you progress you can increase the repetitions, and start doing 2 or more sets before moving on to the next exercise.
