How to Stay Motivated In Your Fitness Journey | Top 2 tips for motivation

Motivation changes like the weather. It’s not abnormal to feel like quitting.

Here is what’s working for me and some of my online clients when it comes to staying motivated.

1) Having a vision BIGGER THAN YOURSELF. Losing 20 lbs might keep you motivated temporarily, but you don’t want a temporarily solution. Imagine being an awesome grandparent, water-skiing and traveling without pain, and being full of energy to live an impactful life.

2) Get a “Done-For-You” System. If you can automate your fitness and nutrition plan, it takes the thinking out of your journey. All you have to do is show up and work. so you can just show up and execute. Knowing it’s a start and end time with no distractions will increase your productivity. I create this for my online clients who get the top results, so it works.
