Show Up Fitness has private personal training studios in West Hollywood, Santa Monica, Dublin, and San Diego summer of 2019. California. At Show Up Fitness we teach the key movement patterns: Squat, Hinge, Push, Pull, Carry, and uni-lateral which translates into the main exercises in the gym: Bench Press, Squat, Deadlift, Military Press, Lunge, Hip Thrust, Pull-Up, Push-Up, Turkish Get-up, and dumbbell rows.

Next Personal Training Internship in Los Angeles begins Oct 21st Mon-Thur 9am-1pm and San Diego / La Jolla Dec 9th Classes are 4-days a week 4-hours of classroom material a day with daily workouts. Students range from high school graduates, to change of career, to already certified NASM/ACSM/NSCA/NPTI trainers. 90% of success is SHOWING UP!
