❗Easy and super tasty BUTTER GARLIC MUSHROOM CHICKEN!?

You MUST try this one! It taste sooo good!! Once you have all the ingredients ready the whole process won’t take you more than 20 minutes! ?

Here’s what you need: ✔️

1 cooking vessel and a skillet. ?‍?

1kg chicken thigh boneless
Half tea spoon turmeric & 1 tea spoon pepper
Salt (according to your preference, I used 4 and a half tea spoons for this dish)
200g button mushrooms
20g salted butter
2 tea spoon ginger garlic paste
2 table spoon of Mangalore stew powder ⚠️(which consists of – cumin seeds 4tbsp, pepper 250g, cloves 10, cinnamon 8inches & turmeric powder 250g – DRY ROASTED & POWDER & CAN BE STORED IN A CONTAINER. We take 2 tbsp of this mixture)⚠️ – Worst case you can use garam masala
Dark soy sauce -3 table spoons
Coriander & herbs (optional)
10ml coconut milk
Half a capsicum (optional)
Half a lime
