Ingredients:
For the marination of chicken
Chicken – 500 gm (3 cups) chicken breast, boneless, cubed
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp red chili powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste

For the butter chicken gravy
5-6 (3 cups) tomatoes, roughly sliced
2 (2 cups) onions, roughly sliced
¼ cup cashew
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp kasoori methi
1 tsp garam masala
½ tbsp sugar
2 tsp chili powder
¼ cup butter
2 tbsp cream
Salt to taste

For Tandoori roasted vegetables
¾ cup baby corn, cubes
¾ cup capsicum, cubes
½ cup Yellow Bell pepper, cubes
½ cup Red Bell pepper
1 cup zucchini, cubes
Salt to taste
2 tsp tandoori masala
2 tbsp butter

Other ingredients:
Oil/Butter for greasing and cooking
Lasagna sheets
8 INCH
