clove
Fennel seeds
star anise
Mace – Nutmeg cover – javitri
Turmeric powder
Cinnamon
Slightly fry all the ingredients and make powder using mixer grinder. Store in a air tight container.
To make one kg chicken masala add this powder one teaspoon. You can use this powder to make many non veg dishes.
