I always see people snacking on fattening granola bars and sugary fruit bars because they’re convenient and people think they’re healthy. Unfortunately the granola and fruit added to these bars are highly refined, which causes them to lose a lot of their nutrients.
Plus, the other added in ingredients are, how can I put this, terrible. This makes these pre-packaged sugar bars, not only bad for your health, but also bad for your mind. For instance, people are usually shocked when you ask them to look out the ingredients. After seeing the ingredients, the common response is, “so what am I supposed to eat for a quick snack?”.
My response, real food.
So that’s why I’m sharing another quick, high protein snack from Brad’s Cookbook, that anyone can prepare. Plus, it only takes 3-5 minutes to make.
Enjoy this shrimp recipe cold or heated. Here’s all you need.
