Honey Mustard Chicken and Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
-9 Chicken Breasts
-4 Tbsp Spicy Brown Mustard
-3 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
-1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
-1/3 cup Honey
-1 tsp Dried Basil
-1 tsp Paprika
-1/2 tsp Dried Parsley
-1/2 tsp Red Chili Pepper Flakes
-1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
-1/2 tsp Salt
-1/2 tsp Black Pepper
-1/4 cup Water
-2 Tbsp Olive Oil or Grapeseed Oil
-2 lbs of Diced Red Potatoes

Directions:
* Preheat oven to 425 degrees
* Season the chicken with the spices (salt, pepper, chili flakes, parsley, basil, & paprika)
* Add 2 Tbsp Olive Oil (or Grapeseed Oil) to pan & add minced garlic
* Sear chicken for approx. 3 minutes on each side
* Combine honey, mustard, and water in a separate bowl, pour over chicken & cook for 1 minute
* Add in diced potatoes (seasoned with salt, pepper, & garlic powder) – Simmer for 2 minutes
* Cook 40-45 minutes in oven

Shrimp Teriyaki Bowls

Ingredients:
-2 lbs of Shrimp (uncooked)
-1 cup Teriyaki Sauce
-2 cups Broccoli
-1/2 cup Sliced Onion
-1/2 cup Sliced Bell Pepper
-2 cups Cabbage
-1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
-1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger
-5 to 6 Green Onions
-1/4 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
-1/3 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
-2 packets Stevia

Directions:
* Combine soy sauce, teriyaki, garlic, ginger, rice wine vinegar, stevia, whites of green onions
* Blend and pour 1/2 of the marinade over shrimp – Let sit for 30 minutes
* Cut up veggies and then steam all for 3 minutes (in boiling water)
* Broccoli
* Cabbage
* Onion
* Bell Pepper
* Add 1 Tbsp oil to pan
* Add shrimp and cook for about 1-2 minutes each side, and remove shrimp
* Same pan add veggies & 1 Tbsp oil to pan and saute for 3-4 minutes
* Add shrimp back to the pan & add the rest of the marinade to pan
* Cook for another 3-4 minutes
* Serve over rice
