You are probably saying that clothes will do that. Well, clothes fit and look better when you have a beautiful body. Also, you will need excellent shape when you get your clothes out. What to eat:
With getting fit as the bigger picture, make it a habit to eat unprocessed whole foods as many times as you can. You can eat healthily by incorporating high-quality fish and meat. For your essential fats requirements, bring in such fats as nuts, coconut, and avocado oils. Throw in whole foods such as quinoa and brown rice. Lastly, do not forget to include tons of vegetables. The best thing about brown rice and quinoa is the fact that they have a lower GI rating compared to white boiled rice or white pasta. In other words, if it carries a label, avoid it as much as you can. Better still, if you cannot articulate the pronunciation of the ingredients, steer clear of them.
