Often times I do not share my macros with everyone. Being such a little person my body does not need as much food as someone larger than me which is part of the reason I typically do not share my macros. I do not want an individual basing their macros off of what I have my macros set at. Being a registered dietitian I try to be careful about giving the wrong example about what an individual would need to set their macros at. Here is my full day of eating and what I have set my macros at and what I am changing my macros to. Remember I am only 5’2″.
