You and I are going to drink a lot of coffee together. Like, borderline dangerous amounts of coffee.

So, first things first. Pour yourself a mug and I’ll introduce myself real quick.

My name’s Jordan — but everyone calls me “J” — and I’m a 27th degree black belt in chugging coffee.

I’m also strength & nutrition coach, I hold several powerlifting world records, and I’ve been fortunate enough to have my writing featured in a variety of outlets like CNN, the Huffington Post, and Schwarzenegger.com.

But listen.

This channel isn’t for fame, publicity, cash, props, fist bumps, likes, pings, pows or whatever else there is.

It’s a place where you and I can chat.

I’ll never sugar coat, lie, or beat around the bush. I’ll tell you everything exactly as I see it. Some stuff you might like. Others you might not.

And that’s totally cool.

Either way, my goal here is to create a discussion. A place where you and I can get together, exchange ideas, and motivate each other to be better every day.

Like I said, we’re gonna drink a lot of coffee together — borderline dangerous amounts — but I’m excited. Because there aren’t too many online communities in which the sole purpose is to inspire and motivate one another.

And that’s exactly what you and I are going to do here.

Quick Story About Gary and Me….

Since 6am on May 31, 2016 I’ve coached Gary Vaynerchuk every day.

Seven days a week.

I’ve coached him in NYC. Los Angeles. Miami. Hong Kong. London. Ireland. Belgium. Poland. Hogsmeade.

I’ve traveled all over the world coaching Gary and, with the exception of a few holidays, sick days, etc…we’ve spent at least 45min/day together – every day – for nearly three years straight.

And in that time Gary has changed my life in more ways than I can begin to express.

Briefly, for those who don’t know, Gary is a multiple times NYT Best Selling Author, world renowned entrepreneur, social media wizard, & chicken wing eating champ. He literally eats the bones. Serious.

Anyway, I moved from Tel Aviv to NYC to coach Gary. And I knew my life was about to change. But I had no idea how much.

On December 29, 2016 Gary challenged me to post 3 times/day, every day on Instagram for my online fitness business. If you scroll down my Instagram feed (@SyattFitness) you’ll see the selfie & caption in which I explain how clueless I was just thinking about it.

Post 3 times a day on Instagram? How could I do that? I was barely posting 1 time a day.

At that point, I had an Instagram audience of about 6,000. Again, this was December 2016.

The first day on the challenge I posted twice. The next morning Gary asked if I did 3 Instagram posts and I lied. “Yup!” He looked at me and said, “show me.” He knew. He told me he was disappointed. And from that day forward, for 7 months straight, 7 days/week, I posted on Instagram 3 times/day.

The result?

A little over two years later, I’m fortunate enough to have over 400k people reading my fitness content on Instagram. And I feel so blessed..so lucky..so fortunate to have you here.

And with all that said, in addition to thanking you, I want to say thank you to Gary Vaynerchuk.

Because if it weren’t for him, I never would have been able to grow my Instagram. And, as a result, I would never have been able to reach and help as many people as I do now. And my fitness business wouldn’t be anywhere close to where it is today.

Thank you, Gary.
