I hope you guys enjoy this video, I lost the weight pretty quickly, 4 months, but I have continued to be just as healthy, happy and fit. I love eating healthy and being outside in the sun everyday so I’m really glad that I finally got my butt into gear and lost weight. I still have a few kilos to go, but at the moment I’m fairly happy with my journey so its just uphill from here!
