Here’s How To Make St Mary’s Chicken
1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Arrange the chicken breasts on a oven proof dish sprinkle with the chopped bacon.
3. In a jug, mix the garlic, stock, mustard, crème fraiche, thyme, cornflour, honey and pepper.
4. Pour mixture over chicken.
5. Place in the oven for 40-45 minutes until chicken is thoroughly cooked through.
6. Serve with green veg, new potatoes or rice.
