My name is Llew Gibson and Im 18 years old.
I first started training to lose weight and become better at the sports I loved.
I learned the basics in the gym from my dad, I instantly got hooked and learned how to train more efficiently through watching other people in the gym and on youtube.
I have learned so much in the past 3 years and now have pre planned sessions before i even step in the gym to make sure I’m training correctly to reach my specific goal, which is probably the same goal as you have…to be muscular and aesthetic!
