FULL CHEST WORKOUT TUTORIAL: Beginner/Intermediate Exercises – HOME ROUTINE/NO GYM | New Series EP 1

In today’s video, I’ll be teaching a Full Chest Workout Tutorial using both beginner/intermediate exercises, a home routine which involves no gym at all!!! My BRAND NEW SERIES EPISODE 1 – ALL ON YOU!!!!!

As requested by many of you, this brand new series is going to be all about full workout routines you all can try without even stepping into the gym and can be done at home!

A summary of the Full Chest Workout, which can be done at home and without the gym, would consist of different variations of push ups to target all the sections of the chest/pectorals muscle.

The exercises are the decline pushups, one arm assisted push ups, undergrip push ups and the classic regular push ups.

So this will begin the start of the first episode 1!!!

As always, I try to explain them information in small, easy, digestible bite size pieces so you will not be confused or overwhelm by the information, stress free happy viewer equals happy Reel Fitness!!!
