Fox News Channel Gets Into Food & Fitness with Carol Alt

Fox News Channel is giving supermodel and raw food expert Carol Alt her own TV show this summer. As John Basedow reports, the program will focus on beauty and healthy lifestyle tips, a definite departure from the network’s heavy emphasis on business and political reporting. This could be an effort on Fox’s part to broaden their demo and increase ratings, which hit a 12-year low in January 2013.
