Fast & Easy Recipes for Slow Carb Diet – 15 Minutes per Day!

As someone who isn’t used to cooking regularly, my goal was to create fast & easy recipes for the slow carb diet. My target? To be able to cook all 3 meals in one shot in 15 minutes per day.

If you want to see the grill I use, it’s called the Cuisinart 5-in-1, and you can check it out at the links below:

To spend just 15 minutes every morning to cook all three meals for the day is so far beyond anything I had imagined. Just a week or so ago, I still convinced myself that it’s faster to hop in the car and go through a drive-thru for a burger and fries.

I’m confident this is a really great option; the fastest recipes and easiest recipes for anyone like me, who is not used to cooking regularly, but is determined to give slow carb a go. After all, the SCD is a diet that has been proven time and time again, as the answer to: How to lose weight fast.

These are fast recipes and more importantly, easy recipes for slow carb, that were necessary for me to think of, since I’m not a wizard in the kitchen, and needed to limit time, complexity, and number of ingredients.

Beyond the need for me to have fast and easy recipes, the most important thing for me, especially in this first month, is to be able to track my progress quickly and easily every day. For this, I use a smart scale.

If you’d like to check out the smart scale I’m using, it’s by a company called Renpho, and you can find it at the links below:

In order to keep me accountable to following the Slow Carb Diet strictly, I’m putting up 100 dollars. I’ve created a new Instagram account, and must post my slow carb breakfast, lunch, and dinner every single day to the stories/highlights at @gitvlog.
