FAST Desk Workout –  At Work Exercises that WORK!

Did you know that sitting at your desk for more than 6 hours a day not only limits your energy to workout after work but also shaves years off your life? Not anymore, because we are going to keep you moving with exercises you can do at work to get you energized and ready to workout after work.

In fact, these 4 exercises can all be done discreetly while sitting at your desk!

The important thing to consider when you have a desk job that limits your activity is that doing even just a little bit (more often) helps to keep your muscles on alert and prevents them from wasting away over time. In this quick desk workout video, we give you a simple plan for getting in more exercise at work (even if you’re chained to your desk from the time you walk in).

You’ll want to address your posture by performing the shoulder roll back exercise seen first. Then you’ll move onto training your abs while sitting in your chair with the seated knee tucks exercise. Then you’ll want to work the shoulders, triceps and legs together with one great chair exercise that you can do right at your desk. Finally, you’ll want to really work those triceps and abs again…this time with a more advanced exercise called the L Sit.

Doing these even just a couple times in the day can help to not only energize you at work but make you more likely to not skip your workout after work. A body in motion tends to stay in motion.
