Setting up your ectomorph diet plan with the best weight gain foods.

If you haven’t watched my other video on how to bulk up fast, I recommend you do that now. That will set you on the right path and get you set up with everything you need to know about your ectomorph diet plan. After, you’ll have a good idea on how many calories you should be eating each day to gain strength and muscle.

In this video, I wanted to share with you my 3 favorite weight gain foods that I eat every single day in my ectomoprh diet plan.

These 3 weight gain foods are included on top of my two larger meals and one or two smaller meals.

Again, I don’t only eat these foods. Many others are also included each day.

Although, these 3 are always included in my ectomorph diet plan because they are high calorie and easy to eat. Making them a daily staple.

The three foods are:

1) Naked juice (I like the blue machine flavor)
2) Dried fruit
3) Gatorade Protein Bars

In total, if you have two servings of the naked juice and dried fruit, along with the protein bar – that’s an extra 950 calories in your ectomorph diet.

Making eating a huge calorie surplus easier and easier. Which, is our underlying goal. So we can enjoy what we’re doing and stay consistent for the long term.
