Today’s video is all about my diet.It is my 1200 calorie diet plan with the help of which i lost 25kgs of weight in 6-7 months. I hope this diet plan is useful for you guys.
DETAILS:
1.WARM WATER WITH ACV(APPLE CIDER VINEGAR)

2.5 ALMONDS WITH GREEN TEA(8*5=40CALORIES)

3.BREAKFAST
2 BOILED EGGS(160 CALORIES) + 1 BROWND BREAD(68 CALORIES)
+ 1 CUP MILK TEA WITH BROWN SUGAR(70 CALORIES)
YOU CAN ALSO HAVE OMELETTE OR SOMETIMES POHA, UPMA, CHILA, OATS

4.MID-DAY SNACK- RAW FRUIT(LESS SUGAR)
Eg:APPLE,PINEAPPLE,ORANGE,PAPAYA,STRAWBERRY,KIWI etc.
100 CALORIES

5.LUNCH
1 KATORI DAL(137 CALORIES)
1 KATORI GREEN LEAFY VEGETABLE(50 CALORIES)
1 ROTI(85 CALORIES)
SALAD(CABBAGE,CUCUMBER,CARROT,CAPSICUM,RADDISH WITH NO DRESSING EXCEPT LEMON)-30-40 CALORIES
I GLASS BUTTER MILK(60 CALORIES)

6.EVENING SNACK:
POHA,UPMA,OATS,PANCAKE-150 CALORIES

7.DINNER:
SALAD+DAL+FISH/CHICKEN or PANEER/ TOFU
350 CALORIES
