Exercise Details:
This intense bodyweight challenge requires you to do as many reps as you possibly can of an exercise and then burn out the muscle group with an easier version of that exercise. You only do each exercise once, so do as many repetitions as possible before moving on. Let’s enjoy the bodyweight challenge.
