Our chicken and rice dish is so easy to make it’s crazy. And it will taste like you’ve been slaving over the stove it’s so delicious. You can serve this over white or brown rice.

The part I like best is the wine, rosemary, onion, and butter sauce served over the rice. Isn’t it always about a great sauce?

This recipe can be modified to make a lot for a large group or just a meal for two. Just use as much chicken as you need. Adjust your wine, rosemary, and butter amounts.

I like to use chicken thighs the best but any part of the chicken can be used. Breast work well too. Just keep in mind if you use a thick breast, it may take longer to cook than a small thigh.

One way to work around this is to cut the breast into smaller pieces similar to the thighs.

Make sure to use fresh rosemary if you can. Dried will work but it’s just not quite as good.

As far as the wine goes I used a sauvignon blanc.
